At Damien Threads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

You can return items purchased from Damien Threads within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return shipping label if necessary.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided label or your own shipping method. Please make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we approve the return.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
  • If you are returning an item using your own shipping method, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (such as swimwear or undergarments), unless defective

6. Damaged or Defective Items
